1.Subah sam khane se half hour phle hot water ke sath half nimbu aur one spoon honey ke sath piye.
2.Brush krne ke baad fruits me apple or pineapple khayen. isse aapka wieght loss hoga.
3.Week me ek din fasting kren fruits pe. Kbhi bhi  fully dieting na kren. Kyunki isse koi profit nhin hai. fully dieting se pke body pe effect pd skta h.
4.Khana khane time salad jrur khayen.
5.Rat me dinner krte time light bhojan kren.
6. morning and evening me thoda morning walk kren.
